You’ll collaborate with families and caregivers to deliver personalized care, helping young children reach important developmental milestones in their natural environments. This assignment offers a blend of direct service delivery and a small amount of professional consulting, fostering both your clinical and communication skills.

Your experience will shine in these areas:

  • Valid PT licensure and eligibility to practice in Oregon
  • Professional background in school-based or pediatric physical therapy
  • Knowledge of early intervention strategies and services
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with families and multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience with home-based service delivery preferred
  • Ability to travel within Roseburg and surrounding Douglas County areas
  • Comfortable adapting to a variety of home and consultative settings

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and develop targeted intervention plans for early childhood populations
  • Provide hands-on therapy in home environments, empowering caregivers with strategies for ongoing support
  • Serve as a resource to limited ECSE (Early Childhood Special Education) consultations as needed
  • Document progress and adapt interventions to meet evolving goals
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other specialists

You’ll enjoy the unique rewards of flexible work across diverse environments, enabling impactful connections in the early intervention process. The contract is full-time (40 hours per week), beginning as soon as possible and continuing through June 11, 2027.
