Service Delivery Supervisor – Tucson, AZ (Full-time)

Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and motivate frontline Health Information Operations staff to meet daily productivity and quality expectations.
- Conduct daily huddles and assign work based on staffing, workflow needs, and queue aging.
- Manage payroll, time, and attendance for team members.
- Support new‑hire onboarding, training, and career development.
- Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Foster a positive, inclusive team culture that reflects Datavant values.
- Receive, process, and fulfill patient health information requests in compliance with Company and facility policies, HIPAA, and applicable regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all privileged information.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and standard-ordered medical records, create digital images, and respond to internal and external requesters.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, data entry, and administrative duties such as faxes and mail.
- Assist with patient walk‑ins, schedules, and pick‑ups as needed.
- Provide escalated situation handling and support a positive work environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with general office equipment.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Detail‑ and quality‑oriented with strong data‑entry skills.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in a healthcare environment or customer‑service role is a plus.
- Production‑/metric‑based work experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership qualities and understanding of ROI and HIPAA compliance.
- Comfortable building relationships with on‑site clients and customers.
- Comprehensive onsite/virtual training program followed by job shadowing with an assigned mentor.
- Company equipment provided (computer, monitor, virtual phone, etc.).
