Recruit Secure is collaborating with a company seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide home-based services for pediatric cases in the Bronx, NY. This is a flexible 1099 independent contractor opportunity offering competitive pay at $100/hour.

We currently have 2 available cases and are looking for an OT who can take one or both cases based on availability. Services are provided after school hours in the child's home.

Available Cases:

• Case 1:
  Pediatric home-based services, located in the Bronx, NY, after school hours, 19 hours of authorized services.
• Case 2:
  Pediatric home-based services, located in the Bronx, NY, after school hours, 14.5 hours of authorized services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services in the child's home environment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate session notes and documentation.
• Collaborate with families and service providers to support progress.

Requirements:

• Active NYS Occupational Therapist license.
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
• Reliable transportation to Bronx locations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
