Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Home Health – Per Visit / PRN

Penn Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide quality home-based therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

Service Areas:
Philadelphia, Delaware, Chester, Montgomery, Bucks, and Berks Counties, PA

Position Type:
Per Visit / PRN

Responsibilities:
• Provide physical therapy treatments as directed by the Physical Therapist.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on prescribed exercises and safety measures.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in care coordination activities.

Qualifications:

• Current Pennsylvania PTA license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Home health experience preferred.
