  Active Arkansas or Missouri RRT or CRT license (must obtain neighboring state license if applicable)
• Experience:
  
  1+ year clinical respiratory therapy experience preferred

• Hourly Rate: $30 – $38 (depending on experience)
• Bonus: $4,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid in installments at 60 and 180 days)

• Conduct in-home respiratory assessments and deliver patient care
• Set up and troubleshoot ventilators and oxygen therapy equipment
• Provide patient education on respiratory device use and safety
• Assist with VA oxygen setups and respiratory services as required
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues
• Support ongoing patient follow-up and provide after-hours patient support on call
• Contribute to training and onboarding of clinical team members

• Active RRT or CRT license (Arkansas or Missouri); willing to obtain neighboring state license within 30 days if needed
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• 1+ year clinical respiratory experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and responsibly in a rural healthcare setting

This is a full-time respiratory therapy role based in Mountain Home, AR, performed in patients' homes. You will provide vital respiratory care, educate patients and caregivers, and participate in after-hours patient services.
