We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Western Massachusetts. This is a hybrid position offering flexibility, autonomy, and a strong focus on work-life balance. Clinicians have the opportunity to choose their caseload size and work either full-time or part-time.
Position HighlightsHybrid role: combination of in-person and remote work

Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
Provide clinical supervision to RBTs/BTs
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with families and caregivers
Complete required documentation in a timely manner
Maintain BACB ethical and professional standards
Current BCBA certification (required)
Massachusetts licensure (or ability to obtain)
Experience in home-based, clinic, or school settings preferred
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
