Job Description & How to Apply Below

Drive Meaningful Impact. Give Back. Grow Your Career.

Have you been thinking about how you can support underserved communities? This short-term fellowship opportunity in the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro area allows you to directly support families and children who need ABA services but face barriers due to a shortage of BCBAs. It's a chance to create lasting change—both in your professional journey and in the lives of the children you serve.

Top-Tier Benefits. Supportive Culture. Competitive Pay. A People-First Experience.

We are seeking BCBAs at all experience levels to join our teams across multiple regions, including:

  • Minneapolis & St. Paul, Minnesota
  • Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina
  • Omaha/Elkhorn, Nebraska

Paid Relocation is determined by experience, timeline and business need

Choose the Path That Fits Your Goals

Option 1:
Short-Term Relocation (18-Month Fellowship)
  • 18-month paid relocation to one of Bloomwell's locations
  • Tiered loyalty bonus opportunities:
    • $5,000 at 12 months
    • $10,000 at 24 months

  • Competitive salary plus performance-based bonus potential
  • Dedicated clinical support—collaborate with a team of 4–7 BCBAs at your clinic
  • Gain hands-on experience while making a meaningful impact in a high-need community
Option 2:
Permanent Relocation
  • Permanent placement at one of our locations with a comprehensive relocation package
  • Eligibility for the same tiered loyalty bonus structure (up to $30,000 total)
  • Competitive salary and performance bonus opportunities
  • Opportunity to grow long-term within the organization or transfer to another Bloomwell market in the future
  • Ongoing collaboration with a team of 4–7 BCBAs, fostering shared knowledge and clinical excellence
  • Compensation growth that continues as you move across regions
What Both Options Offer
  • Paid relocation support
  • A collaborative clinical environment
  • Strong earning potential with bonuses
  • Flexibility for future career movement within Bloomwell
  • Meaningful work that directly impacts children and families
