Minimum Qualifications- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active California PTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in home health settings preferred.
- Ability to meet productivity expectations of approximately 30 visits per week.
- Previous travel PTA experience preferred.
- Experience working with adult and geriatric patient populations preferred.
- Experience with documentation systems commonly used in home health preferred.
- 5 days per week.
