Full Time Pediatric Outpatient Occupational Therapist – in West Bend and Mequon, WI Rehab Resources is thrilled to offer an Occupational Therapist (OTR) opportunity at our growing pediatric clinics. Make a meaningful difference in the lives of children by delivering engaging, play-based therapy that helps them achieve developmental, sensory, and functional milestones. Our outpatient clinic operates Monday through Thursday from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, providing excellent work-life balance while allowing you to focus on meaningful clinical work.

- Complete initial and ongoing assessments of children's physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities
- Develop and deliver customized therapy plans addressing sensory processing, fine motor development, and self-care skills
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and team members to ensure consistent, coordinated care
- Provide parent education and home-based strategies to support continued progress
- Recommend adaptive tools or techniques to enhance daily function and participation
- Maintain accurate documentation in alignment with pediatric therapy standards
- Engage in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary care planning

Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
