What you'll do:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments for respiratory needs
- Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain CPAP, BiPAP, and ventilator equipment
- Educate patients and families on equipment use and safety
- Support in-office equipment installation and management
- Respond to equipment alarms and malfunctions professionally
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
- Communicate findings with physicians and team members effectively
What you need:
- Valid Minnesota RRT, CRT, or RN license
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Experience with CPAP/BiPAP setup and troubleshooting in clinical or home settings
- Strong clinical judgment, independent work ethic, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to self-manage schedule with flexibility and precision
- Willingness to support both in-office and home-based services
