What you'll do:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments for respiratory needs
• Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain CPAP, BiPAP, and ventilator equipment
• Educate patients and families on equipment use and safety
• Support in-office equipment installation and management
• Respond to equipment alarms and malfunctions professionally
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
• Communicate findings with physicians and team members effectively

What you need:

• Valid Minnesota RRT, CRT, or RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Experience with CPAP/BiPAP setup and troubleshooting in clinical or home settings
• Strong clinical judgment, independent work ethic, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to self-manage schedule with flexibility and precision
• Willingness to support both in-office and home-based services
