Compensation & Benefits

Pay-per-visit model:

$69 per visit (PT/OT – CLT)
$63 per visit (PTA/COTA – CLT)

Typical full-time clinicians complete 24–30 visits per week

Estimated annual earnings: ~$85,000 – $100,000+ based on visit volume

Visits typically range from 70–85 minutes

Mileage reimbursement at current IRS rate

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with lymphedema and lymphatic disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide hands-on therapy and patient education for long-term self-management
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

Active Florida Physical Therapist license
CLT certification preferred or experience treating lymphedema patients
Home health or mobile therapy experience preferred
Comfortable with electronic documentation platforms
