We're hiring Physical Therapists to provide home-based pediatric therapy throughout Arizona.

• Competitive compensation of $84–$118 per visit/hour (depending on location)
• W-2 and 1099 positions
• Full-time, part-time, and contract opportunities

• Evaluate pediatric patients
• Design and implement treatment plans
• Deliver therapy services in patients' homes
• Complete accurate documentation
• Educate families on therapeutic activities
• Support children in achieving functional goals

Current Arizona Physical Therapist license, CPR certification, AHCCCS , Article 9 certification, dependable transportation, and excellent communication skills.
