Home Health Care, Inc. in Le Center, MN is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to deliver home-based therapy focused on independence, safety, and meaningful daily activities.
This full-time role offers flexible scheduling within a Monday–Friday work week and a generous compensation range of $80,000 to $150,000 per year. You'll evaluate patients in their homes, develop personalized treatment plans, recommend home modifications, and educate patients and caregivers.
