We are looking to bring on an experienced LCSW-C to join our team at the Midlothian:
Richmond, VA location as a Clinical Supervisor! The perfect candidate will be comfortable seeing 20 clients per week, while providing supervision to a team of resident therapists. This role has advancement opportunities as the practice continues to grow. This is a wonderful opportunity for an LCSW supervisor with management-level experience looking to grow with Ellie Mental Health. As a Clinical Supervisor at Ellie Mental Health, you'll share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a self-starter comfortable working in a high-paced and changing start-up clinic environment.
- Have a strong resume with at least 1-2 years of experience working in a fee-for-service private practice clinical supervisor-level role.
- Have experience providing clinical supervision to LMSW therapist
- Be comfortable maintaining a weekly patient load of 18 patients.
- Be looking for long-term stability and growth with a locally based company.
- Thrive in a performance-based compensation environment.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Master's degree with current licensure in the state of Virginia as an LCSW and be a Virginia Board Approved Supervisor.
- Available to be on-site to provide oversight to clinical staff and see patients in Midlothian:
Richmond, Va. - Passionate about quality evidence-based treatment and contributing to the field by training and supervising others.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice.
- Excellent time management skills.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $ per year
