What you'll actually be doing includes carrying a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week, completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and case notes, using your clinical creativity to help clients make real progress, and joining staff meetings and trainings alongside a team that genuinely likes each other.

What we're looking for includes a clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or similar), comfort with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and progress notes, solid boundaries with clients and the self-awareness to maintain them, willingness to keep up with documentation in a timely way, familiarity with Office 365 and EHR systems;
Valant experience is a bonus, and credentialing with insurance panels is ideal for fully licensed folks, but we can work with you.

Flexible work from home options available. Compensation: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year.
