Clinical Psychologist (Full-Time) - Fullerton, CA
It's a full-time Clinical Psychologist to deliver meaningful, evidence-based care within skilled nursing facilities. This role serves geriatric and medically complex patients facing serious mental illness, cognitive decline, trauma, and end-of-life transitions-supported by a collaborative clinical team and full administrative infrastructure, so you can focus on care.
Location:
Stockton, CA Compensation: $115,000-$155,000 + bonus potential
Schedule:
Flexible | Full-time
What You'll Do
- Assess, diagnose, and treat residents in skilled nursing facilities
- Provide psychological services to geriatric, disabled, and medically complex populations
- Manage an active caseload with support from a clinical manager and admin team
- Collaborate with facility staff; provide consultation, guidance, and in-services
- Complete documentation aligned with Medicare and medical-necessity standards
Requirements
- PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology
- Active California psychologist license
- Medicare-eligible (credentialing and paneling support provided)
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and clinical flexibility
- Comfort working with complexity and ambiguity
- Desire for autonomy with strong team support
- Prior SNF or geriatric experience not required
