Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: 8:00 AM - 7:30 PM (Clinic hours until 7:00 PM; optional weekend makeup sessions)

Setting:
Hybrid (Clinic + In-Home)[You can work from home min 2 days per week]

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced BCBA to provide high-quality ABA services in a hybrid setting, supporting children and adolescents through clinical supervision, assessments, and individualized treatment planning.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical supervision for ABA therapy programs
• Oversee and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Conduct assessments, including FBAs and skill-based evaluations
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
• Provide parent training and caregiver support
• Ensure compliance with clinical quality and documentation standards
• Deliver services in both clinic and in-home settings
• Collaborate with team members in a hybrid work environment

Qualification, Licensure,

Experience:

• Active BCBA certification
• Valid Michigan BCBA license (required)
• Minimum 2 years of BCBA experience
• Strong experience in ABA program development and supervision
• Ability to manage caseloads and supervise RBTs effectively
