As an independently licensed therapist at Ellie Mental Health, you'll share our vision for improving access to quality mental health care while working in a culture grounded in authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination. Ellie was founded on the principle of destigmatizing mental health and breaking down barriers that often prevent people from receiving care.
Ellie Mental Health of North Idaho is a group of like-minded providers committed to exceptional client care. We are part of a multi-clinic organization based in Minnesota, with independently owned locations all over the United States, that are structured to remove many daily obstacles that interfere with providing great therapy. The clinician experience is our priority. We support therapists with competitive compensation, benefits, training, free CEUs, therapist-controlled scheduling, and robust administrative support.
Our centralized team handles referrals, scheduling, billing, insurance credentialing, technology, and client matching so clinicians can focus on therapy. Happy therapists provide better care—and that's our goal.
We are seeking experienced clinicians who have earned their independent license and seek to work in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing therapy services, aligns with our core values, and is driven to collaborate and share and seek knowledge.
