About Alleviant Integrated Health

Alleviant Integrated Health is Arkansas's largest, full-service, multi-site outpatient psychiatry practice—and we are growing! With established clinics across Arkansas in Bryant, Fayetteville, Ft. Smith, Little Rock, Rogers, Jonesboro, Conway, Bentonville, and North Little Rock, we are excited to expand into Nevada. As part of our new expansion, we are looking for dedicated therapists in the Summerlin/Las Vegas area to join our team.

This year, Alleviant will serve over 70,000 Arkansans as the primary mental health provider for major healthcare systems throughout the state. With our continued growth, we are bringing our integrative psychiatric care model to new communities. Our mission remains the same: to provide accessible, comprehensive mental health care within five days of initial patient contact. With longer appointment times, a holistic approach, and close collaboration with patients and referral sources, we are committed to delivering the highest standard of care—wherever we grow.

Position Overview

We are seeking passionate, licensed mental health therapists to join our diverse team under the guidance of the Clinical Director. As part of Alleviant's commitment to integrative health, the Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) will conduct thorough mental health evaluations and provide individual, group, couples, and/or family therapy to both adult and child patients. As an Alleviant therapist, you will be encouraged to explore innovative treatment options, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Ketamine treatment, and embrace a holistic approach to mental health care.
