Woodside Health & Rehab, a premier Skilled Nursing Facility, is seeking an experienced Business Office Manager (BOM) to oversee billing, collections, accounts receivable/payable, and financial compliance. As a key member of our team, you will ensure accurate financial performance while supporting residents and families with professionalism and compassion.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage all business office functions, including billing, AR/AP, collections, and Medicaid Pending applications

• Ensure accuracy in Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance billing

• Oversee resident trust accounts, petty cash, and financial reconciliations

• Partner with admissions, nursing, and home office billing to maintain census and compliance

• Lead with integrity, ensuring confidentiality and operational excellence

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior SNF Business Office Manager experience required

• Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid billing and collections

• Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Degree in business/accounting preferred
