Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program:

Unit Details:
- Outpatient vascular surgical clinic.

Required Skills/

Experience:

- Proficient with grafts; must be able to perform independently on day 1.
- Surgical clinic experience and vascular interventions experience required, including grafts, bypasses, dialysis, and aneurysm.
- At least one year of outpatient healthcare clinic experience, such as urgent care, internal medicine, or family care, in the past three current years. SNF, Corrections, Behavioral Health, LTC, Occ Health, Dialysis, Home Health, Rehab, Health Insurance, and remote work do not qualify for THPG clinics.

Preferred Skills/

Experience:

- Strong ultrasound diagnostics experience preferred in abdominal studies (aneurysm, mesenteric, and PVD), peripheral bypasses, and dialysis access.

Required Credentials:
- RDCS or RVT required.
- Must be able to verify highest level of education by providing diploma, official transcripts or GED.

Shift & Scheduling:
- M-Thurs 745-1645 (Friday 745-1345).

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required for submission

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS)) or the alternative certification S

• RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist (ARDMS)) or the alternative certification RDCS
