Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based | AAC Experience Preferred Pay: $57–$62/hour

August 20, 2026 About the Position Therapy Source is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-person services in a school setting. We are looking for an SLP experienced with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices who enjoys collaborating with educators and helping students achieve meaningful communication outcomes. Responsibilities Provide speech-language evaluations and therapy Support students using AAC devices Develop and implement IEP goals Collaborate with teachers and related service providers Attend IEP and school team meetings Complete required documentation Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Must have current state SLP license in Colorado Must have Colorado DOE Certification ASHA CCC-SLP preferred (or as required) School-based experience preferred Experience with AAC devices strongly preferred Frontline Enrich experience preferred Why Join Therapy Source?
