Since 1892, LFS has provided compassionate support to people of all ages, faiths, and backgrounds through core services in Children Services, Behavioral Health, and Community Services. LFS focuses on quality, person-centered care for those experiencing abuse, trauma, deployment-related challenges, and other life stressors, with about 90% of clients identifying as non-Lutheran. The Clinical Supervisor is a full-time, hybrid role based in Lincoln, NE, with a combination of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities. This role oversees clinical staff providing behavioral health and human services, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising and mentoring clinicians, reviewing and approving treatment plans and documentation, and providing clinical consultation and support for complex cases.

The Clinical Supervisor collaborates with case managers and other professionals to coordinate services, maintain compliance with agency policies and regulatory standards, and support continuous quality improvement. Additional duties may include facilitating team meetings, supporting staff development and training, and contributing to program planning and evaluation.

• Strong foundation in clinical practice, including Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis, with the ability to integrate evidence-based approaches into client care.
• Demonstrated Clinical Supervision experience, including providing guidance, feedback, and support to multidisciplinary clinical teams.
• Proficient in Case Management, including assessment, service planning, coordination of care, and documentation within community-based settings.
• Effective Supervisory Skills, including staff coaching, performance management, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive work environment.
• Relevant master's degree (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology) and appropriate clinical licensure or eligibility for licensure in Nebraska.
• Experience in behavioral health, child and family services, or community services, preferably in a nonprofit or human services organization.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work setting.
