• Competitive salary of $80,000–$110,000, plus monthly bonus opportunities

We prioritize both clinical excellence and clinician well‑being. Caseloads are built around client needs and capped to protect quality and prevent burnout, and we partner with BCBAs to shape caseloads that align with their strengths and preferences. Dedicated teams handle scheduling, intake, and insurance authorizations so clinicians can focus on client outcomes. With thoughtful referral practices, flexible scheduling, and work‑from‑home options for programming and documentation, our model is designed to help BCBAs thrive.

• Conduct assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBAs
• Provide caregiver training and support
• Ensure ethical, assent‑based ABA service delivery
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers
• Maintain clinical documentation and payer compliance

BCBA → Lead BCBA → Assistant Clinical Director → Clinical Director → Regional Clinical Director

BCBA → Lead BCBA → Senior BCBA → Clinical Specialist → Senior Clinical Specialist

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, social work, or a related field
• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Current Texas LBA
• Experience providing direct BCBA services
• Strong, ethical clinical judgment and a commitment to assent‑based ABA
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
