WhatYou’ll Do
- Conduct assessments and ongoing evaluations
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBAs
- Provide caregiver training and support
- Ensure ethical, assent‑based ABA service delivery
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers
- Maintain clinical documentation and payer compliance

- Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, social work, or a related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Current Texas LBA
- Experience providing direct BCBA services
- Strong, ethical clinical judgment and a commitment to assent‑based ABA
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
