• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans.
• Provide both therapy services to patients (ages 18+) with moderate acuity.
• Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more.

• Setting: 100% Remote – Outpatient FQHC located in Indiana.
• Schedule:
  
  flexible schedule Mon–Fri, 40 hrs/wk, must be able to see patients until 8 pm EST on Wednesday.
• Appointments: 45 minutes for initial evaluations, 45 minutes for follow‑up appointments.
• Administrative time: 60 minutes per day.

• Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed LCSW.
• Active Indiana LCSW license required.
• Full‑time availability (40 hours per week) during EST hours.
• Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels.
• Telehealth experience preferred.
• Reside in the U.S. or U.S. territory.
