What You'll Do- Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans.
- Provide both therapy services to patients (ages 18+) with moderate acuity.
- Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more.
- Setting: 100% Remote – Outpatient FQHC located in Indiana.
- Schedule:
flexible schedule Mon–Fri, 40 hrs/wk, must be able to see patients until 8 pm EST on Wednesday. - Appointments: 45 minutes for initial evaluations, 45 minutes for follow‑up appointments.
- Administrative time: 60 minutes per day.
- Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed LCSW.
- Active Indiana LCSW license required.
- Full‑time availability (40 hours per week) during EST hours.
- Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels.
- Telehealth experience preferred.
- Reside in the U.S. or U.S. territory.
