Work Schedule
100% FTE, days. Monday through Thursday from 8am to 6pm. Possibility for a five day work week, if preferred. This is a hybrid position with a minimum requirement of three days in person. When in person, you will work at 122 E Olin Ave, Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist, Substance Use to:
- Provide substance use, and mental health evidence-based treatments to adults and adolescents ages 13-25, with the ability to make dual diagnoses.
- Perform assessments, treatment planning, ongoing individual and group therapy, care coordination, and complete related documentation.
- Provide a mix of telehealth (work from home) and in clinic care.

This position may be eligible for a $3000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE).
Qualifications- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or other behavioral health related field Required
- 2 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults Required
- 5 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults Preferred
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker Upon Hire Required or
- Licensed Professional Counselor Upon Hire Required or
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Upon Hire Required and
- Basic Life Support/CPR within 6 months Required and
- Substance Abuse Counselor Upon Hire Preferred or
- Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor Upon Hire Preferred
