About The Role:
Shift: Back Half Nights (Wednesday-Saturday 9pm-7:30am)
As a Compounding Pharmacy Technician with Hims, you’ll serve as an integral part of the Hims Dispense & Fill pharmacy team. You will work in our closed-door, modern pharmacy facility, focusing on:
compounding non-sterile medications, including topicals (creams/lotions), tablets, gummies, etc.
adherence to USP and USP requirements
maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
This role plays a pivotal part in delivering safe, high-quality medications to our patients, and promotes impactful pharmaceutical services for our patients.
This role requires current registration + active license with the state of OH as a Certified Pharmacy Technician.
Certified Pharmacy Technician Pay Rate: $30/hr

In This Role, You Will:
Clean, calibrate, and maintain non-sterile compounding equipment and designated work spaces.
Assist with staging raw materials and managing non-sterile compounding inventory.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
Participate in site-specific training, ongoing competency assessments, and annual revalidation.
Maintain proper documentation, including batch records, ingredient logs, and cleaning logs.
Follow USP and requirements and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
Compound non-sterile medications (tablets, solutions, suspensions, gummy formulations, etc.) following prescription orders and site SOPs upon completion of certification.
You Have:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Active registration as a Certified Pharmacy Technician in the State of Ohio.
At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience; prior experience in hospital or compounding settings preferred.
Familiarity with USP and standards and non-sterile compounding processes.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements, documentation, and record-keeping.
Ability to follow procedures and maintain compliance in a regulated environment.
Organized, dependable, and collaborative team player.
