• Total compensation up to $120,000 annually, with potential for additional bonuses based on center size, mentorship, and supervision.

• Research & Innovation: collaborate on treatment outcomes with Action Institute.
• Clinical Guidance: support from Clinical Advisory Board and leading clinicians.

• Lead and manage clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services.
• Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals for comprehensive care.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, self‑improvement, and professional development.
