Evangelische Kirchengemeinde Heiligenhaus sucht eine/n Ehrenamtskoordinator/in (m/w/d) für 20 Wochenstunden. Die Stelle ist zunächst befristet auf 2 Jahre mit Aussicht auf Entfristung. Flexible Arbeitszeiten umfassen Büro, mobiles Arbeiten und Home-Office.
Aufgaben umfassen Gewinnung, Begleitung und Entwicklung Ehrenamtlicher, Aufbau von Teams, Organisation von Veranstaltungen und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit. Orientierung an BAT-KF, 30 Tage Urlaub.
