Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review and validate data and reports.
- Work assigned reports on a regular basis to identify necessary fixes or work-arounds.
- Make recommendations to improve processes.
- Ensure assignments are current and include proper documentation.
- Use various tracking tools to record assignments, processes and defects.
- Review, research and audit system results.
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience required.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in healthcare, human services, care coordination, customer service, case management, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency in computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications efficiently
- Strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Associate or Bachelor's degree business, social work, healthcare or relevant field
- Experience supporting LTSS, Medicaid waiver programs, managed care, or healthcare assessments
- Knowledge of Mass Health programs and eligibility requirements
- Experience coordinating documentation between members, providers, and healthcare organizations
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, including the ability to speak, read, and translate effectively
