Signature Performance is seeking a Follow Up Specialist who will manage follow up on assigned insurance claims, review EOBs, and contact payers to expedite payment. This remote, nationwide role requires attention to detail and strong communication.
The position supports billing, coding, and clinical staff, ensures accurate documentation, monitors aging reports, and helps meet productivity and quality goals. Minimum 2 years in medical billing and EPIC EMR experience preferred.
