United Health Group seeks a Behavioral Health Advocate to manage casework for mental health and substance use services for hospital discharges, high utilizers, and others needing support via telephonic contact.
The role offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. with a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm CST schedule, and includes working one weekday holiday per year. You will coordinate care, perform assessments, and guide treatment plans with providers.
