Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Senior Coding Compliance Auditor to join our remote team. You will lead detailed coding audits, develop annual workplans, and implement action plans to improve compliance across inpatient and outpatient coding.
The role requires 5–7+ years in healthcare coding and auditing, CHC or CPC certification, and willingness to travel up to 10%. You will train auditors, report findings, and stay current with ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and coding guidelines.
