Sharecare is seeking a remote Family Health Advocate to support members and families through navigation, resource referrals, and issue resolution. You will use motivational interviewing to guide members toward health goals, reduce costs, and optimize quality care.
In this new role, you will handle inquiries via voice and chat, educate on benefit designs, assist with enrollment and claims, and coordinate with providers and payers to resolve issues.
