Location: Pahrump
Elevance Health seeks a Wellness & Recovery Specialist to coordinate care and support recovery for members. This virtual full-time role requires living in Nevada or Washington with in-person trainings and potential office distances. The salary for this role is based on experience and location.
You will identify engagement opportunities, educate on discharge planning, and work with Stabilization Teams to advocate for members. Compensation ranges hourly from 24.64 to 30.80, subject to policy.
