Cognizant is hiring a Claims Processor for remote work in the United States. You will review and adjudicate healthcare claims to ensure accurate payment or denial according to guidelines, regulations, and client rules.
Training runs M-F 8am to 4:30pm ET, with ongoing collaboration across internal teams to resolve issues and document outcomes. Minimum 2-3 years of Medicaid or Commercial claims processing experience and a High School Diploma are required.
