SAGE Counseling's Assessment Clinician

SAGE Counseling's Assessment Clinician is responsible for all aspects of the initial assessment of clients for intake into the respective SAGE program, including interviewing, gathering data for a comprehensive assessment, making a clinical diagnosis, and completing the initial individual service plan.

What do Clinicians do?:

• Conduct assessments
• Diagnosing
• Complete intakes for new clients

Pay: depending on licensure and experience

• Unlicensed Clinicians: up to $65,000
• Associate Licensed Clinicians: up to $68,000
• Independent Licensed Clinicians: up to $70,000

Where will you work?:

• Assessment Clinicians have the opportunity to work from home; but must reside in Arizona.
• All equipment needed for this position is provided.
• We are looking for Assessors in the Phx Metro area - Including West Valley, East Valley, and Central Phoenix areas!

When will you work?:

• Full-Time, Monday through Friday. Regular business hours.

Qualifications:

• Required:
  
  Minimum of a master's degree in a behavioral health related field
• Experience completing assessments, treatment plans, and diagnosing required
• Behavioral Health Licensure a plus, but not required
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
