The Cigna Group is seeking registered/certified pharmacy technicians to join Accredo Specialty Pharmacy's Tech Triage Team. You will triage and resolve non-clinical pharmacy requests, perform warm transfers to pharmacists for clinical concerns, and maintain accurate patient data from a remote work environment in a Monday–Friday schedule.
Training is provided 8a–4:30p EST for six weeks, then 2 days/week 10:30a–7p EST and 3 days/week 9a–5:30p EST. 17.75–25 USD/hr with annual bonus eligibility.
