Eye Care Partners is seeking a Patient Engagement Center Advocate to support patients and providers via inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and capturing messages for clinics, with KPI targets in mind and a focus on compassionate service.
This fully remote role requires residency in one of the approved states and participation in paid remote training, working within our EMR environment and collaborating with clinic staff for accurate, timely communication.
