Position Details:
- Start Date: 26-27 School Year
- Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours/week)
- Grade Levels: K-12 students
- Compensation: Starting at $48/hour (commensurate with experience)
- Location: 100% Remote or Onsite Opportunities
Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at E‑Therapy. The successful candidate will provide speech and language therapy services to PreK‑12 school students, helping them develop communication skills and overcome speech and language disorders.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
- Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and students' needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, targeting areas such as articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational team members to support students' communication goals in classroom and other settings.
- Incorporate evidence‑based techniques and therapeutic activities into therapy sessions to promote development.
- Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to facilitate optimal outcomes.
- Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant information accurately and timely.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input regarding students’ speech and language needs.
- Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist.
- Current ASHA certification required.
- Passionate about working with K‑12 students in a virtual setting.
- Experience providing speech‑language therapy services in a school or pediatric setting.
- Proficiency with assessment tools and therapeutic techniques commonly used in pediatric speech‑language pathology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience in teletherapy (preferred).
- Knowledge of AAC systems and other assistive technology used in speech‑language therapy (preferred).

Physical Requirements (Remote Work)While performing the duties of this job, employee must regularly sit for extended periods and use a computer keyboard and mouse for typing and navigating software applications. The employee must effectively communicate verbally and in writing with colleagues and clients. Occasionally, the employee may need to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and lift or move objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
