Central Valley Regional Center (CVRC) is a non-profit serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across six counties in the Central Valley. The Service Coordinator role provides advocacy, planning, and coordination of supports for diverse ages and needs, from Early Start to adulthood.
You will establish IPPs/IFSPs, liaise with clinical teams, and ensure access to public and vendored services, while maintaining confidentiality and quality standards.
