$40 – $45.92/hour*

* Salary is based on related experience, certification, education, and bilingual proficiency (when used in the role at least 50% of the time).

• Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Partner with children, families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support meaningful outcomes
• Provide one‑on‑one consultation and behavioral support in schools, clinics, and home settings
• Train, supervise, and mentor Behavior Technicians while fostering professional growth
• Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure quality clinical services

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Reliable access to a mobile phone and internet for off‑site work
• Reliable transportation with personal auto insurance meeting minimum required limits (25/50 liability coverage)
• Current TB test within the past 6 months
• Ability to successfully pass FBI & DOJ background clearance

You'll work in a variety of settings, including:

• Schools
• Clinics
• Client homes

This role may involve:

• Moderate to loud noise levels
• Active movement throughout the day
• Supporting individuals with diverse behavioral and developmental needs
