Maximus is seeking an Assessment Coordinator to support the Mass Health Public Assessor Option (PAO) team in delivering LTSS assessments for ADH, AFC, GAFC and PCA. The role handles intake, telephonic screenings, documentation coordination and education of members on program options, ensuring a smooth, person-centered experience.
As a cross-trained member of the CSR team, you will serve as primary contact after an assessment request and help schedule timely assessments while maintaining accuracy
