Maximus seeks an Assessment Coordinator to support Mass Health LTSS programs (ADH, AFC, GAFC, PCA). You will manage intake, conduct telephonic screenings, gather documentation, educate members on options, and schedule assessments, ensuring a smooth person-centered experience.
You will cross-train in CSR tasks and may handle frontline member support as needed. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma and 2–4 years of relevant healthcare or social services experience.
