Kardigan, a heart health company, seeks a Director, Field Medical/Medical Science Liaison to lead cardiovascular science in the Mountain region with a remote US setup.
You will build trusted KOL relationships, support clinical programs, and ensure regulatory compliance while traveling 60%–70% for congresses and site activities. A medical doctorate or equivalent and 3+ years in cardiovascular Medical Affairs are required; prior MSL is preferred. Salary range is USD 257,000–335,000.
