Maximus seeks an Assessment Coordinator to support LTSS programs (ADH, AFC, GAFC, PCA) under the PAO model. You will manage intake, conduct telephonic screenings, coordinate documents, and educate members on options while scheduling assessments to ensure a smooth, person-centered experience.
You’ll also be cross-trained to perform CSR tasks and may provide frontline member support as needed to meet operational demands.
