Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking a Lead - HIM Document Analyst for our remote office in Santa Fe, NM. You will organize and prioritize workflow, supervise staff, and ensure accurate record processing using Horizon Patient Folder, while adhering to CMS/JCAHO standards.
With minimal supervision, you will mentor staff, monitor quality, and support the integrity of suspension processes and regulatory compliance within the Health Information Management department.
