OverviewThe staff occupational therapist functions under the general supervision of the Director of Physical Therapy. The staff occupational therapist assumes responsibility and accountability for a designated group of patients and provides occupational therapy. This full-time position is at the College Boulevard location and provides occupational therapy to a sensory based patient population including sensory processing, sensory feeding and pediatric pelvic floor therapy.
Experience with treatment for sensory processing disorders is preferred.

- Performs occupational therapy assessment of patients needs.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive occupational therapy program for patients and families which promote independence and optimal patient outcomes.
- Performs accurate and timely documentation, billing, and insurance correspondence in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
- Promotes leadership and education by participation in departmental activities and performance improvement functions.
- Delivers care in a customer friendly way consistent with the philosophy, mission, vision, and values of the department and organization.
- Bachelor's Degree and No Experience necessary / On-the-Job Training Pediatric Clinical Education Experiences
- Licensed Occupational Therapist MO
- Licensed Occupational Therapist KS
- Certified Occupational Therapist
- Employees must obtain Licensed Occupational Therapist MO or equivalent within 90 days
- OT LIC MO Licensed Occupational Therapist MO Primary work location (MO or KS) due upon hire. Secondary license due in 90 days of hire. Required Upon Hire
- National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification required which allows for OTR-NAT designation Required Upon Hire

Starting PayOur pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $36.64/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
