Center Well Home Health is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to support home-based rehabilitation under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. You will help patients regain strength, mobility and independence in their own homes.
This full-time position requires OTA licensure, CPR certification and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Scheduled Weekly Hours are 40, with compensation details including a pay range per visit and an annual salary range.
